We want you to love your Lulu Designs purchase but we also understand that sometimes you need to exchange items. No problem. You can return any undamaged, unused, non-sale item to us for exchange or a credit memo within 10 days of the date UPS delivered your item/s. Please note: We only accept returns of Lulu Designs jewelry purchased from this website.
All items purchased with a discount code are a final sale.
We're sorry but if 10 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or credit memo.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note, we only offer an exchange or a credit memo, we are not set up to offer a refund.
Here's the drill:
- To process your exchange or credit memo, or your recently purchased item needs repair, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 415-729-9570 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Pacific Time).
- Provide us with your order number, the style number of your item(s) you wish to exchange.
- We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Keep it handy and include it in your return/exchange/repair shipment to us. We can't process any returns/exchanges/repairs without an RA number.
- Please ship your item to Lulu Designs, 473 Coloma St, Suite A, Sausalito, CA 94965 via trackable shipping (like UPS). We cannot be responsible for lost packages and we do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) packages.
Credits for ReturnsOnce your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We'll also let you know of the approval or rejection of your credit for your purchase.
If your item is approved for return (it's unused, in good condition), then your credit memo will be processed, and a credit memo will be emailed to you.
ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged and returned within 15 days of the UPS delivery of your item.
If you'd like to exchange your item for the same item, follow the steps outlined above and we will process your exchange promptly.
GiftsItems received as gifts can be exchanged or applied to the purchase of another beautiful item of equal or greater value. Simply follow the steps outlined above and once we receive your item, we'll email you with a coupon code to use on our website.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
