New Moon, New Year, 2014 Bring it on!

So much good stuff, so many challenges—professionally and personally—in 2013. Once again, the lotus, the symbol of LuluDesigns, rings true: We truly grow and blossom from dark waters.

New Sausalito Studio, New Talent on our Team

Thank you all for coming along with us. This past year has brought so many opportunities. To start with, we moved to a new studio in Sausalito. Not only has it allowed us to attract amazing new team members—talented metalsmiths, whip-smart support members, but it also gave us the room to truly create any piece of jewelry we dream up. You'll see some of that magic in our 2014 Spring/Summer collection.

Successful Kickstarter Campaign and the Launch of Lulu Luxe

Then there was our successful Kickstarter campaign, which enabled us to bring back our ability to create original castings of solid gold. The line is called Lulu Luxe and it wouldn't be possible without the support of friends and family who kicked in to help us buy the metal and equipment needed to craft this special, sustainable collection. Some of the newest pieces—cast in 14kt rose gold—will debut in the 2014 Spring/Summer line. You see, 2014 is already looking rosy!

New Ways to See, Shop & Buy LuluDesigns

Last but not least, our new site. Many thanks to the talented team who put it together: Eileen Hansen and Scott Jackson. We'll be fine-tuning it as the year goes on so stay tuned for some great new additions to our line and new ways to experience all things LuluDesigns.

I end the year with a feeling of gratitude and am intrigued to see what 2014 will bring. I wish all of you the best, and don't forget to…wear with love…
